Most budgeting apps answer "where did the money go?". Wellspent answers the question you actually ask, standing in a shop: can I afford this? One number on the first screen — your balance, minus everything already promised before your next income.

What it does

• Free to spend today — the number, and what it comes to per day until payday.
• Why this number — the whole subtraction, line by line. No black box.
• Bills — fixed, or "varies, roughly this". Monthly, every few weeks, irregular, one-off.
• Envelopes, debts and goals — budgets you spend against, balances folded into today's number, and savings set aside before you can spend them.
• Try a what-if — drag to an amount and watch the effect before any money moves.

Private by construction

No account, no sign-up, no bank connection. Wellspent opens no network connections at all — there is nothing to leak, because nothing leaves your device. Export a backup whenever you like and restore it just as easily.
